Make a Change . . .
If you would like to make a change to your Friends List membership info, this is the place to do it. You can use this form to change your valid email address (the address we use to send you your monthly newsletter, or contact you); request the latest newsletter, or remove yourself from the list.
(Please note: removing yourself from the Friends List will also remove you from the programs associated with Friends List membership, such as, Adopt-a-Star or the YMS/YFS Internship program. Also, if you are not already a member of the Friends List, no action can be taken. Please use the Sign-Up form at Friends List Sign-Up Form to join the YMS/YFS Friends List.)
