I know I could go on about him for ever and ever and ever...
One thing: he does not tell people what to do. Do you hear him say on the record: go kill someone, commit suicide, beat up homosexuals? NO
When they talk about him being homophobic they always pick that one line: "hate fags? the answer is yes"
but they never say what comes next: "C'mon relax guys I like gay men". That's just him he likes to confuse the people that listen to his music, make them think. (Qualities of a real poet)
By the way, Elton John, Gay No1 doesn't seem to be offended. (I read in article he likes Eminems music)
But maybe you're right, he could put things a little less grafic. But that's just who he is. (That of course doesn't mean that everyone should just approve)
You know, I listen to his music all the time, I'm a woman, I'm not offended. I like the beat, his voice and yes, I like the stuff he has to tell. I mean I don't approve of beating and killing each other, but he just makes me see that life isn't always beautiful. And he makes me think of my life.
