Wear warm clothes, go to bed early.
As form medication: Echinacea, ocilococcinum
But if you take these don't eat mint because then they don't work. (It's like alternative medication, you can't get addicted to them, they don't harm you, and they really work.)
Also an onion chopped up next to your bed (when you go to sleep of course) really helps to get your nose clear.
(Yep, Belgium = bad weather all year = colds all year, even in summer)
