Won them the European Championships of 96 (which took place in England) as a second half substitution in the final against the Czech Republic, scoring both goals including the golden goal winner in extra time. Oliver scored more goals last year with Udinese than even the great Ronaldo. He also led the German team into the World Cup with great expectations, but it was all over for them after a quarterfinal clash against Croatia. After a lot of time spent in Udinese, this summer Oliver has transferred to another Italian Serie-A club, AC Milan
