comments: One of the new kids in NBC's Saturday morning hit "Saved By the Bell: The New Class", Ben Gould was born and raised in Sacramento, CA. He has six brothers and sisters. he attended a performing arts school and acted in various local stage productions. After moving to Los Angeles, Ben got various jobs in commercials, and had guest appearances on "The Faculty" and "Picket Fences"; as well as a role in the made for tv movie, "The Prince of Love". Ben loves to act. Says Ben about acting: "Acting lets me manipulate the audience's feelings and I enjoy the confidence I feel when I know that I have communicated my character's significance to others." Let's hope we see a lot more of this boy! (Look for him in those Kraft salad dressing commercials, at the moment.)

Currently: Ben is part of the LA based band Average Jo, a three man punk band that is currently making a name for itself. Shane West, of "Once and Again" is also a member of Average Jo. The band is playing gigs in and around LA, as well as working on an EP and a CD. They will appear in an episode of "Once and Again" in September along with an additional member.
