comments: Dreamy Adam Frost plays Michael Manning, the Deering High basketball team captain on "Hang Time". Adam was born in Illinois and raised in Portland, Oregon. A sports lover, Adam always thought he'd grow up to be a professional athlete. Adam was bitten by the theater bug in junior high when he joined his school choir. His first play was "My Fair Lady" in high school. Adam appeared in several local commercials. His first television role was a guest appearance in the series "McKenna Frost's." He also apepared on an episode of "The Secret World of Alex Mack" and recently on "Dawson's Creek".
