Max Elliott Slade Team Reviews!

Parenthood (1989)

role: Young Gil

reviewed by Toby

He's only about nine years old in this movie, and his acting adds up to all of about 5 minutes in the very beginning of the film. The acting that he does do, though, is good, and he's very cute in it. Still, even if you're a big fan, don't bother renting it because it's not worth spending $3 on a movie to see 5 minutes of Max.

3 Ninjas (1992)

role: Colt Douglas

reviewed by Toby

Colt is a little snot. He's a real smart aleck with a hell of a temper, but at the same time he's lovable, you tend to get hooked on the character wondering what he's hiding. The plot: Three brothers who have been trained by their grandfather team up to outwit three doofus kidnappers and beat up a big fat Oriental Ninja dude while their FBI agent father tries to get them to stop their Ninja Training, afraid that they'll be hurt. My review: Well, to be perfectly frank, 3 Ninjas was not an Oscar-winning movie. It's a movie made for 5-10 year olds who've got a thing for ninjas, and I guiltily admit that I'm hopelessly addicted to the movie. If you've got a hard-on for Max ('scuse the use of words), this is a movie to see, definitely.
