comments: JTT, the kid everyone seems to love. Jonathan got his start in the biz as a print model in Sacramento, CA. He did TV commercials at age 5 for Mattel, Kelloggs and Burger King, and got his first acting role at 8 as Greg Brady's son in a TV special "The Bradys". A busy boy, he has also done voice overs for cartoons and video games such as Itsy Bitsy Spider, Spot The Dog, The Ivy Cottage and Scooters Magic Castle. His claim to fame came in 1990, when he landed the part of Randy Taylor in "Home Improvement". His film career has included the voice Simba in The Lion King , a part opposite Chevy Chase in Man of the House , and the role of Tom Sawyer, opposite Brad Renfro in Tom and Huck . His latest film, I'll Be Home For Christmas, was pretty much a resounding failure at the box office, lasting barely a week in some markets. He's signed off on his stint on "Home Improvement" to keep up his studies and get ready for college. His upcoming film, Speedway Junkie looks to be a huge change in his career and image -- Jonathan is warning his fans that it might not be for them, but we wish him luck no matter what he does!

more stuff: Jonathan participated in The Emperor´s New Clothes, a book and a cd with a chapter written and performed by Jonathan who plays the Imperial prince. (The celebrity authors include Jay Leno, Liam Neeson, Harrison Ford and Melissa Mathison, Rita Wilson, Nathan Lane, Jason Alexander, Madonna, Fran Drecher, Rosie O´Donnell, Genna Davis, John Lithgow and others. Jon attended the premiere performance of the book, Oct.15 in L.A. Jonathan has been dating Nickki Halle (who is not an actress) since November of 1997. She was the first girl he kissed and the kissed took place at the beach at night. But Jonathan´s #1 woman in his life is his mother Claudine.Whenever he can, JTT makes a point of telling the public how grateful he is for his mom,and how, without her, he would not be the star he is today. Despite how the media has played up Jonathan´s levelheaddness dubbing him "the thinking girl's idol," Jon says "she has just made sure I keep my head on straight and made sure that I look at everything and put it in perspective." His real name is Jonathan Taylor Weiss and took on his brother Joel's middle name, Thomas.
