comments: What can you say about the beautiful Billy McNamara? He's just drop-dead gorgeous, and a wonderful actor. With roles from a kid in love, to an ex-ball player, to a young man coming to terms with his sexuality, Billy brings strength and conviction to each character he's played, making them believable, and human. If he didn't become an actor, we say the boy coulda made a fortune at modeling! (We hear he turned down Calvin Klein at one point; he wanted to act, not model.) Those piercing blue eyes, that chiseled face, that smooth, toned body. He's just beautiful. Lately, he's branched out from playing the teenboy, to more adult roles. We say it's about time Hollywood recognized this hot stud's leading man potential. Always one to try different and challenging roles, Billy has tremendous range as an actor. Says Billy: "As an actor choosing a role if I am afraid of it and I don't want to do it, and there's a good chance I could fail, for some reason I am drawn to that. I'm pulled to that sort of role." In his latest, he was great as a psycho ( Copycat ). Look for good things to come, with five projects in the can, including The Brylcreem Boys , set in England and due out soon. Billy's still hard at it, appearing recfently in the Jerry Springer vehicle, Ringmaster. Rip it up, Billy boy!
