comments: New Jersey native Jason Biggs began his career at age 13 opposite Judd Hirsch on the stage in "Conversations With My Father". Jason cut his chops, earning rave reviews in the process, on the daytime soap, "As the World Turns". He also appeared in the Dabney Coleman lead series, "Drexel's Class". But it's this summer's teen sex comedy, American Pie, about 4 high school buddies out to loose their virginity before prom night is over, that is getting Jason noticed. The film's a hit, and Jason's hilarious. More Jason in America's future? Next up: Prozac Nation with Christina Ricci (Jason plays her boyfriend). Due out next year.

- Time to take that high school history refresher course: In a recent issue of Entertainment Weekly, Jason was asked who his favorite US President was. His answer: "Ben Franklin, because he's on the $100 bill". Uh, Jason, Jason, Jason. Let's get this straight: Ben was NOT a US President in these United States (or any other for that matter).
- Jason has signed a 2 picture deal with Miramax: Boys and Girls co-stars Freddie Prinze Jr, is a romantic comedy about two friends who deal with changes after having sex. Jason plays Freddie's womanizing best friend. Look for a release sometime in 2000.
- Jason was filming Loser in New York. It was recently reported that during the filming of one scene, Jason hailed a cab and was picked up by a real cab instead of the movie one. The driver kept going until they both realized what was happening. Ever the gentleman, Jason payed the fare.
