comments: Dangerously on the edge of being considered a one hit wonder with his reoccurring role as Zach, the mischievous high schooler turned collegeboy, Mark-Paul seems almost unable to escape his past. Still, he has an undeniable charm, and a huge fan base, thanks to his lengthy and oft reprised Zach character from the "Saved By the Bell" series of series. It didn't seem a stretch, and indeed, it proved to us holdouts, that Mark-Paul could actually act, when he played Scott in last year's gripping "She Cried No". He was excellent in that, and it did prove he could step out of his one dimensional type casting. Still, they love him for Zach, and that will always be his calling card it seems. The boy keeps working, flashing that endearing smile of his that seems to melt more than a few hearts. More likely than not, Mark-Paul will be around for quite a while. Look for him this year in a few more uncharacteristic roles.
