comments: Charlie Hofheimer's career has a lot of high notes. Check out his performance alongside comedic giants Robin Williams and Steve Martin in 1997's Fathers' Day. Or his role opposite Lucas Haas in Boys. Or as 17 year old Nick in last year's Music of the Heart. Charlie, it seems, is not afraid to take chances and try those demanding roles. His theater work alone shows that vividly, from a Broadwqay stint as Jimmy in "On the Waterfront" to a sociopathetic killer in the off-Broadway production of "Minor Dreams". You can also catch Charlie in the AT&T PSA called "Amazing Grace" where he plays a runaway who alone and cold on Chicago's streets makes the decision to call home while "Amazing Grace" is sung in the background.
