comments: Ben Silverstone was 13 years old when he was cast as Taplow in The Browning Version, Mike Figgis schoolboy film. He next appeared in 1997's Lolita. You saw Ben last in the excellent British film Get Real, where he played a 16 year old struggling with the dilema of coming out before coming of age (in the UK, gay teens can be jailed for having sex with one another). Ben has shown an excellent range in his three film outings. We hope he continues with his acting while away at college.
