"I was always a little fat kid in school. You know, the goalkeeper in the soccer team with my finger up my nose. Couldn't really run so they put me in goal - always the wicket keeper in cricket. Basically I'm trying to say never in my wildest dreams did I expect to get this.
So - thank you very much, there have been a lot of great people in my life who've come out in the last twelve or eighteen months. Mum, Dad, the whole family, cast, crew, everyone at Neighbours, producers, Jan Russ, thank you for giving me this opportunity. Katherine Perry, all at Channel Ten Publicity, you guys rock.
