comments: Glenn Quinn used to be known as Mark on "Roseanne". But that's all changed with his role as Doyle in the new Buffy spin-off, Angel. he plays Angel's mentor, an Irish guardian angel. Glenn is originally from Dublin, Ireland, and moved to the States at age 19. he soon landed the role as mark in the long running "Roseanne" series. He appeared with John Travolta and Gweneth Paltrow in Shout!, and with Jeremy Jordan and others in Live Nude Girls. Now he's a demon, and an Irish one at that! He plays Angel's mentor, a half-demon Irishman with a mysterious past. Although Doyle went out in a blaze of glory on "Angel," fans continue to petition and write letters demanding his return. Glenn lives in LA now, close to a new nightclub he owns with friend, Mark Leddy, Goldfingers. Up next: Glenn is slated to begin filming "At Any Cost" this month in Texas. The film is the story of two brothers and their best friend who create a rock band and try to make it big in LA. Gene Simmons (Kiss) is featured in a cameo as a record company mogul. The project is being directed by Charles Winkler.
