where is he now: Matt, oh, Matt. You are so damn beautiful. And a great actor. Matt started as a teen idol in a number of great teen flicks in the late 70's and early 80's, including Tex (in which Matt shined), and My Bodyguard . Matt really hit his mark with The Outsiders , where he played the ultimate bad boy, along with a cast of virtually unknowns (and soon to be teen idols). Matt gave a real academy award performance in Gus Van Sant's Drugstore Cowboy , and has since held his own as a leading man. He has an impressive list of work under his belt, with rarely a bad film in the bunch. Just when you're wondering what happened to Matt, he pops up with another stellar performance in a great film, like Drugstore Cowboy , or Singles , or To Die For . Out now on video: In and Out. Matt was last seen in the hilarious There's Something About Mary, now on video. Next up: the comedy One Night at McCool's with Liv Tyler and Michael Douglas. Matt's still working hard, and he's the cutest stud in the leading man market, with those awesome goodlooks, and shy smiles. Oh Matt, even at 35, you still look damn good, boy!

- Matt is part of a large ensemble cast in the film Deuces Wild, which began filming in LA recently. Set in 1958, the drama centers on a group of young people who inhabit the heart of Brooklyn during the year that their beloved Dodgers deserted them and moved to Los Angeles. Also in the cast: Stephen Dorff, Brad Renfro, Balthazar Getty, Frankie Muniz and Deborah Harry. Scott Kalvert (The Basketball Diaries) is directing the United Artists project from a script by Christopher Gambale from his original story "The Neighborhood". Martin Scorsese is executive producing.
