- Ronan was involved in a nasty argument aboard an airplane enroute to Miami recently. Another passenger complained about his son Jack being too noisy, which prompted Ronan to go ballistic at the woman
- Ronan received a death threat by mail saying he'd be killed while hosting an MTV Select program. MTV and Ronan's people took the threat seriously, moving the filming indoors and the building was surrounded by police. Apparently, the filming went on without incident.
- Ronan has a single due out July 10th; with the album, Ronan being slated for release July 31st.
