comments: Oh this boy is cute, in that snarly, but sweet sorta way. He's got such a sweet face and a cute little boy body. Jonathan got his big break landing the role of Bastian in The Never Ending Story 2 , and followed up with little kid roles in vehicles like Ghost Dad and Ladybugs . But it was in the NBC series, "SeaQuest DSV" that got Jonathan really everyone's attention. Frankly, he was the best thing about that show. And watching Jonathan grow from a boy into a young man was special. We hope young Mr. Brandis grows into a hot young star, branching out of the sci-fi series of television limbo and silly boy roles into the bigtime. He sure is cute. And quite talented behind the camera too, apparently, writing an episode of "SeaQuest DSV 2032", and directing a few episodes under the watchful eye of no less than Steven Spielberg. Jonathan was featured opposite Tatyana M. Ali (of "The Fresh Prince") in the NBC movie "Fall Into Darkness" last year, and is in last season's TV movie, "Two Came Back". (And yeah, he's still as cute as ever!) What's next for Jon? He's currently filming "Ride With the Devil", previously called "To Live On". Look for it October 22, 1999. Jonathan was in the excellent Outside Providence last year. he's currently at the box office along with Tobey Maguire and Skeet Ulrich in Ride With the Devil. Look for him next in the comedy A Fate Totally Worse Than Death, due later this year.
